I provide inclusive and individualized support for all births including VBAC, hospital births, home births as well as high risk pregnancies. I also offer pre-conception counseling, lactation education, daytime and overnight postpartum doula support.
Virtual Birth Coaching
Sometimes you just need to hear a voice to help you along the way. I offer customized virtual support whether you some pre-conception guidance or a calming voice with information, resources, and tips throughout your pregnancy, birth or postpartum period.
In-person Birth Doula Support
My birth doula packages are a combination of virtual and in-person support. We will have pre and post natal video check-ins, text messaging, email, as well as in-person support during your labor and birth. Let’s learn and build together!
In-person Postpartum and Lactation Support
It takes a village to raise a child….and it takes a village to support a person who just gave birth. If you need lactation support, guidance on postpartum healing, newborn care, or someone to care for baby while you rest, let me be your extra set of trusted hands.
